60 Days Shoes Exchange Policy
1. Online or Offline Purchase any SPiFFY products from Outlets, Buyer's having Shoes Exchange in 60 Days after received the Shoes. There are two methods for Buyers to exchange shoes:
- Buyers visit any of SPiFFY Outlets in Malaysia and choose the shoes in the Outlets. (Our Outlets)
- Buyers send back shoes by customer's own-cost, SPiFFY send the replace products by SPiFFY own-cost (1st time exchange of the order, in Malaysia Area Only).
2. The Un-used Products, Original Boxing and Purchase Proove MUST be provided when applying Shoes Exchange.
3. To apply Shoes Exchange Service, Buyers should Contact Our Service Centre for Service Arrangement.

4. When Shoes Exchange,
- Product Size Exchange: No extra cost charges.
- Product defect or damaged caused by factory: The selected product for replacement must be the SAME price or Higher price than the original bill. The price difference will not be refunded and buyers should make up the difference if any.
- Product Pattern Exchange: The selected product for replacement must be the SAME price or Higher price than the original bill. The price difference will not be refunded and buyers should make up the difference if any.
5. Goods will always send out with Boxing (or plastic bag). All goods will be checked before send out. If Buyers received shoes with any problem, please contact us immediately.
